New Video for Eminem " Not Afraid"
The music video for “Not Afraid” the lead single off Eminem’s upcoming album Recovery, due out June 22, has been released. In it the rapper is seen standing on the ledge of tall buildings, smashing through walls and mirrors and performing Superman-like flying moves weaving in and out of skyscrapers. He doesn’t seem to be afraid of anything, least the director thinks so.
Recovery will be his seventh studio album following Relapse, released last year, which Eminem reveals in this song was not his most shining moment and pales in comparison to his earlier Slim Shady/Marshall Mathers LP’s. The new album was originally titled Relapse 2 until he changed the name after a few delays. “As I kept recording and working with new producers, the idea of a sequel to Relapse started to make less and less sense to me, and I wanted to make a completely new album,” he said according to Rap Radar. “The music on Recovery came out very different from Relapse, and I think it deserves its own title.” The new disc features guest appearances by Lil Wayne, Kobe, Pink and Rihanna
